We mourn the sudden passing of Phillipsburg Police Officer Dominic Belcastro. He was tragically killed in an off-duty motorcycle accident.
He proudly served the Phillipsburg Police Department for 8 years. Officer Belcastro was a United States Army veteran and a member of the Warren County Tactical Response Team.He leaves behind his loving
