Elizabeth Salgado was last seen leaving the Global Nomen school at 384 West Center Street in Provo Utah, wearing a denim jacket, blue jeans, black or brown knee-high boots, and was carrying a denim handbag with red straps, on Thursday, April 16th at exactly 2:00 pm.
