The 28-year-old from Exeter was last seen on the 9th February 2021 at exactly 2 pm. However, was found dead today.

Emergency services searching for a missing man in the Exeter area located a body earlier this afternoon.
Formal identification is yet to take place and the family of Jay Haynes have been informed of this update.
Officers would like to thank the public for their assistance.
