Jessica died in her sleep yesterday at the age of 80.She had a career spanning some 60 years on stage, In movies and on television.
TV audiences probably know her best for “Arrested Development” or as a voice on the animated series, “Archer.”Among her movies: “Play Misty for Me” and “The Flamingo Kid.”
Her daughter, Brooke Bowman, said in a statement: “It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of my beloved mom Jessica.A working actor for over six decades, her greatest pleasure was bringing joy to others through her storytelling both on screen and off. While her legacy will live on through her body of work, she will also be remembered by many for her wit, class and overall joie de vivre.”
Jessica was smart, kind, funny and so talented.
