We’re so saddened by the passing of Coach Jim Fenerty. Jim was one of our most dedicated Coaches vs. Cancer volunteers and a Road to Recovery driver. His passion for basketball, giving back to those in need, and of course his family, set a true example for all of us. Our thoughts are with the Fenerty and Germantown Academy families. I am incredibly sad to hear the news tonight of James Fenerty’s passing. The longtime GA head coach was a cornerstone of this area’s prep hoops scene. A great coach and a great man, and a friend. A loss for the whole community. Thoughts tonight with Jim Fenerty, Erin Fenerty and all those who knew, admired, respected and loved him.
