It is with great sadness that the National Building Museum notes the sudden passing last week of John Chisholm, Founder and Executive Director of the Paints Institute. It is with sad news that we announce the passing of John Chisholm, a DC artist, activist, and educator who fought for social justice at P.A.I.N.T.S Institute. We will give tribute to John at our upcoming #RawHope public dialogue on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 6pm. Please join us along with some of the artists who worked with him.
Though our words can do little, we hope our thoughts and prayers will you this period and always as you mourn the passing of his soul.
