Today has been bittersweet. This morning after work I went to the Renner Gas Station in Scotia and when I pulled up I saw a friend & classmate I hadn’t seen in nearly 30 years Chris Kennedy. Then when I awoke I saw that another friend and classmate John Stolte passed away.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Jean Stolte-Thissell and the entire Stolte Family. Rest In Peace John. To all my fellow Fortuna High Alumni and all my friends and family. I hope you are all doing well !!

John Stolte was my colleague when he started his career with the Allstate Research and Planning Center. We are so heartbroken. John was so positive and full of life. John was a great friend to all. We loved him dearly
I will remember John forever. His smile – his positivity – his encouragement, are still engaging, even now that he is right here with us. I am a colleague and vividly remember our first meeting at our corporate marketing event during an evening Warriors basketball game. He shook my hand and said, “Hey, how are you – we are a team so let’s get started.” Certainly will John, and I won’t stop either. Rest well, my friend. Michael
