In honor and memory of Mrs. Penny Bearden, who taught for 28 years at Fulton High School/Junior High School.
Mrs. Bearden taught a variety of subjects in both English, Social Studies, Technology, and Home Room assignments (and no doubt many more). And she was the school librarian/media specialist before moving to the Junior High.
